Roof and solar panel installation Florida

What happens if you need a new roof? We install one for you in shingle, metal, or flat roofs!

We will assess the age and overall condition of your current roof during our initial inspection. Typically, if your roof is more than 10-15 years old, shows signs of significant wear and tear, or has had any water leaks, it is recommended to replace it before installing solar panels. We always consult with the client, and based on the information gathered, we can make suggestions, though the final decision will be after the site survey is completed.

Various home improvements and supporting systems can be installed at the same time as your solar system, saving you time and money in the long run:

Battery Storage Systems

In addition to providing protection during power outages, batteries enhance your energy cost savings by storing energy that will be consumed during the night and on cloudy days. Consumers with utility providers with metering programs that are not 1:1 benefit the most from cost savings with battery systems.

Paving

We offer paving services to enhance your home's exterior, and repair paved areas in need of refinishing.

Fencing & Screening

When we manage your projects together, your city permits, the project timeline, and financing hassles can be simplified. Combining these all in one provides a single monthly payment with the potential to increase the property value of your home.

Roof Replacements

Our solar panels carry a warranty of 25 years, with a lifespan of 30 to 40 years. Our experts will assess the condition of your roof and make recommendations to reduce maintenance needs in the future.

Gutter Installation

Installation of new gutters ensures proper water drainage, enables easy gutter cleaning, and prevents possible flooding down the road.

Air Conditioning

Our experts can assess the efficiency of your current system. A more efficient AC system can lower your total energy needs by 20–30%—a big difference.

Water Heaters

A hybrid water heater uses a heat pump to pull in ambient air and reduces your water heater's energy consumption by at least 15%. These are usually installed inside garages, providing a dual benefit to those with multiple uses for their garage space.

Attic Insulation

Combine your energy efficiency project and reduce your air conditioning needs by enhancing the heat protection of your home, reducing your energy needs by 20% or more.

Get a free water test to see if you could benefit from a water softener and purification system.

Florida is known for having hard water, which leads to stains, bacteria, bad taste or smell, and faster deterioration of appliances. We provide a free water test.

Florida's water is hard because of its karst topography, which is a landscape formed by the dissolution of carbonate rocks. The state has a layer of porous limestone called the Floridan Aquifer System, which contains high levels of calcium and magnesium. As groundwater passes through the aquifer's underground fractures, cavities, and tunnels, it dissolves minerals from the soil and stone, making the water hard. The water may also contain trace minerals from lakes, rivers, and older plumbing.

Hard water can cause buildup in water appliances and on dishes, and it can also cut the lifespan of equipment in half. In some cases, hard water sediments can carry harmful bacteria. To deal with the negative effects of hard water, people in Florida often use water softeners.

Let us know if you would like to have your water tested and inquire about the cost of adding a softener and purification system to your project list.
